About Isori
Isori is an independently built Japanese-study companion that connects grammar, vocabulary, kanji, and real content across reading, listening, writing, and speaking.
Why it exists
Isori began as a response to a practical self-study problem: material learned carefully from textbooks can become difficult to retrieve outside the original sentence or medium. The app brings familiar knowledge back in varied contexts and helps coordinate study state from tools such as WaniKani, Anki, and content libraries.
What it is—and is not
Isori is an experimental companion for organizing and practising Japanese, not an accredited course, teacher, proficiency certification, or promise of fluency. It is currently a small invitation-only alpha operated by an independent founder, so features and availability will evolve with real use and feedback.
