Terms of use

You must be at least 16, and old enough to consent to online services where you live. Isori is not directed to or marketed to children. Invitations are personal and may be limited or withdrawn to protect the service.

Keep account credentials secure. You retain responsibility for material you import, write, record, upload, mine, or share. By directing Isori to make or store a copy, you represent that you lawfully accessed the source and have permission or another lawful basis for that use. Mined-card media is stored privately for your account and cannot be published through Isori. Do not share private source material through public/community features.

Do not misuse hosted AI; evade quotas or technical limits; automate excessive requests; scrape or probe the service; interfere with security; upload malware; impersonate others; harass users; infringe intellectual-property rights; publish unlawful or abusive content; or attempt to obtain another person's data, credits, credentials, drafts, uploads, or account access.

Isori may remove or disable access to material after a valid infringement notice and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Send a notice to support@isori.space with identification of the protected work and material, enough information to locate it, your contact details, statements of good-faith belief and accuracy/authority, and your physical or electronic signature. Isori may forward the notice to the affected account holder and process a valid counter-notice as applicable.

Shared contributions may be moderated, removed, anonymized, or disabled. You grant Isori the limited permission needed to host and display content you deliberately share. AI and community material may be inaccurate; verify it before relying on it. Isori does not guarantee learning outcomes or suitability for a particular level.

Features, complimentary allowances, limits, and availability can change during alpha. Isori may suspend access for abuse, risk, legal requirements, or discontinued operation. You may stop using Isori and delete your account. Payments and paid plans are not offered during this alpha.

Isori is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, data preservation, accuracy, fitness, or learning results, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Back up important data. To the extent permitted by law, Isori's operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-data damages arising from alpha use. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Isori is operated by Brett Young, an independent developer in Canada, not by a company. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you hold where you live.
